Upcoming Events

Now is the time to hook-up.

Everything related to the new system construction is paid for.

  • Design.
  • Permitting.
  • Construction.
  • Flood-resilient septic tank.

If you are a Wolcott Taxpayer and are...

...hooked-up to the system.

You will pay $25-40 per month, depending on bedrooms; and, up to $8 per 100K assessed property value* for the municipal buildings**.

*For example, if your house is $300,000 it would cost you up to $24 a year.

**All taxpayers will be responsible for the yearly O&M costs for the new system but only for municipal buildings such as the Town Office, Town Garage, Library, Old School House, and other Town-owned buildings. Taxpayers are currently paying for the maintenance and pump-outs of the three leach fields that the town currently owns and will be on the hook for their replacements if the new system is not built, with each field costing tens of thousands of dollars.

...not hooked-up to the system.

You will pay $8 per 100K assessed property value for the municipal buildings.

What type of business is it?

How many gallons of water do you use per day?

Business owners do not have to calculate actual gallons of water used per day—our consultants can estimate water usage from the type of business, as it relates to DEC Wastewater Rule tables.
