A message to the visually creative Wolcott residents
We are accepting manhole cover designs for our new wastewater system. In preparation for a grant application that could be awarded in the coming year, we are soliciting proposals for design for potential implementation. If the grant is awarded, we will use the two winning designs for the two manhole covers in Wolcott Village.

You are invited to submit your design using the form below, or you may download the PDF and draw your own using our template.
Rules
- You must be a Wolcott resident to submit your entry.
- You may use AI to assist in your creation.
- Submissions must be received by 4pm September 15, 2026. Email submissions to selectboardadmin@wolcottvt.org OR deliver to the Town Offices at 28 Railroad St.
- Candidate designs will be posted to the website on September 30, 2026: www.wolcottvt.org/manhole
- Designs will be voted on by the local community. More information about public voting will be issued by September 30, 2026.
- The two top scoring designs will be announced on November 9, 2026 (on Front Porch Forum and the website).
