Wolcott Volunteer Fire Department was originally started in a building beside the Wolcott Store and then it was moved to its new location on School Street in 1976.
Meet the Mayor
A furred feline is the face of Wolcott. Jax the Cat, the mascot and only full-time, overnight resident at the Wolcott town offices, is our elected honorary mayor.
The Library is designed to serve both the Town and the school. The library is supported by Town appropriations, facilities and monetary support through the school district, and grants.
Cemeteries offer a personal link to past residents of Wolcott. There is perhaps no stronger connection to our common past than in the cemeteries within Wolcott.
