Flat Iron Rd in Wolcott will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday October 12 at 7 am through Friday October 16 at 5 pm, for wastewater development. Please detour via School St.

Public Hearing for Wolcott Residents: Possible Change in Rescue Service Provider(s)
The Town of Wolcott Selectboard hereby provides notice of a public hearing being held pursuant to 24 V.S.A. § 4444 (Public Hearing Notice) for the purpose of hearing public comments concerning a possible change in services for rescue and emergency services for the ~142 houses located along the southwestern portion of Wolcott.
Manhole Cover Voting
Did you know we had some folks design manhole covers? Well, surprise, here they are. Designs will be voted on by the local community.
Wolcott Bridge #6 Replacement Project (School St)
The bridge is tentatively scheduled to reopen to traffic on Friday, September 25. We will send out an announcement ahead of the reopening.
General Election Ballots
The Secretary of State’s Office will begin mailing out General Election Ballots on October 1st. Because Wolcott starts with a “W”, we expect ballots to arrive locally around October 7th or 8th.
